All bookings must be made via phone, email, or our official website.
Services are scheduled based on availability and confirmed upon mutual agreement.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, staff availability, etc.).
All service charges will be communicated in advance and confirmed before service initiation.
Payments can be made in cash, online transfer, or any other accepted method.
Full payment is expected upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delayed payments may attract additional charges.
Ensure access to the premises at the agreed time.
Remove valuables and fragile items before service begins.
Notify us in advance of any specific requirements, allergies, or sensitivities (e.g., to chemicals used in pest control or polishing).
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.
We strive to provide high-quality, professional services.
If you are unsatisfied, please report the issue within 24 hours of service completion for rectification or follow-up.
Our liability is limited to re-performing the service or issuing a partial/full refund, at our discretion.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage or defects in property or furnishings.
We will not be responsible for loss or damage caused by misinformation provided by the customer.
While we take all necessary precautions, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We follow standard safety and hygiene protocols.
Our staff may refuse to perform services in unsafe or hazardous environments.
All website content, service descriptions, and marketing materials remain the property of Azima Queen Cleaning Services and may not be reproduced without written consent.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
