Refund Policy

At Azima Queen Cleaning Services, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with our services, we are here to help. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.


1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Service Not Provided: If the booked service was not delivered due to our fault.

  • Poor Service Quality: If the service delivered was unsatisfactory and the issue was reported within 24 hours of completion.

  • Accidental Double Payment: If you were charged twice for the same service by mistake.


2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

  • If the service was declined or interrupted due to customer-side issues (e.g., no access to premises, unsafe conditions).

  • If complaints are raised more than 24 hours after service completion without evidence.


3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method or another agreed method.


4. Partial Refunds

In cases where a part of the service was unsatisfactory but the rest was completed as agreed, a partial refund or re-service may be offered at our discretion.
